Crushis Return & Refund Policy

At Crushis, we’re committed to delivering fresh, high-quality products with every order. However, due to the nature of our products—perishable food—we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Damages and Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@crushis.com. We’ll assess the situation and do our best to make it right—whether that means issuing a partial or full refund, or offering store credit for a future order.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please provide:

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect items

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for the following cases:

  • Your order arrived damaged.

  • You received the wrong items.

  • Your order was not delivered.

If your refund request is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
